Ordered 3rd July, arrived New Zealand 11th July. So quick. I find it quite easy to expand and collapse. Putting fingers in the 2 holes top and bottom at once makes it easy. Then just a gentle twist to lock it. Variable heights very handy. Strap is attached to top level itself. Good item.
